Opportunity to earn between $6,000 – $8,000 US Dollars extra per month.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to fulfil our Strategic Business Partner role. Our client, a US and South African based Group of Companies wishes to expand its operation into Africa.
Due to rapid growth our client is looking for a strategic HR partner in Africa to assist in strategically helping the company grow to a new level of success. The successful incumbent should currently be working in a Senior HR role and should have an HR degree or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
The applicant should have the relevant experience in interviewing candidates and screening suitable candidates for senior roles. The said applicant should be presentable and must come across as a confident decision maker who has the ability to easily network with very senior executives, as business development will be a key part of the role. No office hours are required for this role and the successful HR Business Partner for this opportunity will be required to utilize his or her current relationships and network generally on a day to day basis. This individual should have the ability to take advantage of his network when an opportunity of referral business presents itself.
Our client is looking for a positive, energetic individual who is looking to take his or her career and earning potential to the next level. The successful applicant would be required to consult to our client on the occasional basis and offer his or her expertise when it comes to HR procedures and protocol in Africa.
