My client is growing rapidly and looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to their talented team. Full training will be provided.
Some of the Job functions include:
• Searching, screening and short listing of quality candidates on available portals
• Marketing quality candidates to quality companies
• Working required job specs from client
• Building client relationships
• Negotiating of offers between candidate and client until successful placement is made.
• Degree or Diploma in Communications, Tourism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, Social Science, Brand Communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with PC’s and related applications particularly Word.
