RPO Services is recruiting for a 250-bed private hospital in the Mother City, recruiting for a Deputy Nursing Manager to bring new perspectives to their senior nurse management team, and lead their nursing staff to productive and successful members!

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the Theatre Manager position:

• Registered with SANC

• B.Cur Ed et Admin will be advantageous

• Minimum of 5 years’ Management experience, within a private hospital, ideally in a Deputy Nursing Manager or related role

• Able to manage difficult staff and health care staff at management level

• Strong administration and budgeting skills
