We are currently assisting a well-established building contractor in the Western Cape to source an experienced Contracts Manager in Cape Town.
Minimum requirements include:
• National Diploma in Building or BTech/BSc in Construction Management
• Over 10 years’ contracts management experience in the building industry working for reputable building contractors
• Solid experience in luxury residential housing or apartments
• Proficiency in CCS Candy
• Fully knowledgeable and experienced with JBCC contract
