Job Description

RPO Services has partnered with a Short Term Insurance provider and we are looking for an experienced Claims Procurement Manager to join this team of professionals.

The Claims Procurement Manager is required to effectively execute, monitor and manage all claims procurement related initiatives, processes, procedures, systems and employees. The role includes monitoring claims costs, client experience, service provider management, content specialist for formal tenders, contract management, driving preferential procurement towards Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment businesses and supporting Enterprise & Supplier development partners, in line with the business’ transformation objectives


• 3 to 5 years Claims Procurement Management experience within the non-life insurance industry

• Procurement or supply chain diploma or Degree

• B-BBEE Compliance and claims procurement regulation knowledge

• Understanding of claims service provider landscape

• Must be familiar with both Motor and Non–motor (commercial and personal) product Management & leadership course completed (beneficial)
