RPO Services is in search of a young energetic professional to join their team at Century City, Cape Town. We are looking for graduates to start as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. This position requires little to no experience. Full in-house training will be provided.
In this role you are expected to be computer literate. Market and source top level professionals. Excellent communication skills and building of positive client relations. Arranging interviews and assessments. Advertising positions on behalf of your clients. Negotiating offers for candidates.
